Credit completion for Amy Barnes’ High School English Classes 2013-14: English 9/10, English 11/12
  • Because I have combined my writing and literature classes into one class: English,  not all genres of writing and literature can be covered in a 2 hour a week class.
  • Therefore, I created these classes with only 3 hours in the WSLP and expect your family to have a 1 hour WSLP content class in your plan as well and be working on the following home component to show the WSLP advisers for a full credit at the end of the school year.
  • The progress for this component should only focus on the following and not include homework I have assigned from my class.

Please do the following  9 activities (that’s about one per month in your WSLP progress) outside of class this year in order to receive a full credit in Amy Barnes’ English Classes: These can be completed in any order, saved in a portfolio, entered into monthly progress and shown to WSLP adviser at credit completion.
